This relatively old Pu Er sheng (raw), almost 20 years old, is a great discovery. Its leaves give off aromas of forest soil and beetroot. Its dark infusion is round and deep, soft and digestible, with aromatic notes reminiscent of root vegetables, dry clay earth, decaying wood, flint and wild mushrooms. A tea to savor while taking the time to relax!
