A newcomer to our selection of sencha, this fresh green tea comes from the cultivar Yabukita, known for its invigorating brews. Produced without chemical fertilizers or pesticides in the middle of a bucolic valley of Haruno (Shizuoka), its relatively broken leaves release comforting toasted notes. When brewed, the cup of a beautiful tender green is slightly foggy with an aromatic profile offering nuances of roasted corn and fresh shoots, notes of raw peanuts and green vegetables. Its texture is full and silky. A very nice everyday tea!
