This Pu Er, naturally aged for over 30 years, comes from the famous Menghai region. Its dark leaves give off notes of undergrowth and wet stones after the rain. Their infusion is soft and silky, with tannins softened over time. Complex woody and mineral aromas of damp wood, forest mushrooms, terracotta, charcoal and sunbathe sand blends harmoniously into a digestible and comforting liquor, full of umami. A marvel that we were able to obtain in very small quantities!
