This relatively old Yunnan Pu Er has been aged only with time. Its leaves give off aromas of undergrowth and beetroot. Its infusion is round and deep, sweet and digest with aromatic notes evoking root vegetables, forest land, stump wood, flint and wild mushrooms. If you let it age for several years, it will evolve to notes more and more earthy and mineral. A tea to discover and rediscover!
