Grown in one of the highest elevated plantations in Taiwan at an altitude of almost 2700 meters, this Oolong tea offers an unrivalled aromatic complexity. Its beautiful rolled leaves are deep emerald. Delicate floral aromas of apple blossom and honeysuckle blend with notes of freshly cut grass and celery, along with flavours more common to dinner-plates than teacups: dulce de leche, freshly churned butter, and shortbread, as well as fresh apricot, wild berries, and lemon zest. A gustatory experience unlike any other.
