It is possible to enjoy tea's many healthful benefits all year round with refreshing iced tea infusions. Easy to prepare and inexpensive, these cool drinks are perfect on a hot summer day.
- Use 1 teaspoon of your favorite tea or herbal tea for 250 ml of water ;
- Pour cold water over the leaves ;
- Sweeten to taste ;
- Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 8-10 hours ;
- Filter using a sieve and enjoy!
