This Long Jing comes from the slopes of Shi Feng (Lion's Peak), a mountain renowned for producing the best Long Jing there is. All in nuances and aromatic subtleties, this grand cru of green tea with beautiful flat leaves entirely transformed by hand produces a silky and naturally sweet infusion. Its suave aromas are reminiscent of chestnuts and toasted hazelnuts, grilled asparagus, golden sugar, nougat as well as a floral hint of fresh sap that leaves itself for a long time in a beautiful long and sweet aftertaste.
