This aged Oolong is one of the rarest: Produced at Pinglin more than 25 years ago, it has never been cooked except for a slight drying that we lavished on it when it arrived in Canada. The result is Pu Er-like tea, but clearly "oolong" complexity. Its amber liquor contains flavors of caramel, walnuts, beet stem, old leather, pipe tobacco, clay and exotic wood. Surprising and memorable!
