Produced in the famous region of Yame, this sencha is mainly composed of thin broken leaves due to its prolonged steaming during its desiccation. The result is a full, tasty and velvety infusion, with a beautiful emerald green liqueur offering pronounced vegetal notes of fresh spinach and snow peas accompanied by a fruity nuance reminiscent of raspberry as well as a comforting touch of dark chocolate and toasted sesame. A rich, creamy and refreshing Japanese green tea, reminiscent of the effect of matcha but in an infused version.
