Rooibos is a plant belonging to the legume family native to and cultivated in South Africa. Shown here in its non-oxidized version, green rooibos is said to offer even more antioxidants than the traditional red version. Its golden infusion, with a light and pleasant taste, evokes sweet almonds, honey and apricot, without the slightest astringency. In addition to antioxidants, rooibos would at the same time provide alkalizing and antibiotic benefits, naturally without caffeine. Our plain rooibos is grown without chemicals and with respect for workers.
