Here is a batch of Darjeeling from the Sourenee estate, a garden with which we are doing business for the first time this year. From a harvest in the organic section of their plantation, the dark green leaves offer a classic and fragrant infusion worthy of the best spring harvests (1st flush). The latter, of a beautiful golden color, offers gently scented flavors evoking mandarin, hops, flower sap and white pepper. Refreshing and invigorating!
