Here is an exclusive small batch of Fo Shou (which means ''Buddha's hand'' given the large size of its leaves and the soothing aspect it gives) produced by Mr. Zhang in the heights of the Wen Shan ranges in northern Taiwan. Thanks to his talent for traditional tea roasting on some of his lots, he will have given this small spring harvest a gentle but deep baking. It will result in your cup a suave and naturally sweet infusion, with aromas of honeyed cereals, cooked pear, roasted almonds, autumn flowers as well as a nice minerality. A tea that truly inspires calm and comfort.
