Ecologically produced on the heights of Enshi (Hubei), this beautiful everyday green tea has the particularity of being the only Chinese green tea that undergoes desiccation with steam (as for the majority of Japanese teas) rather than by dry heat such as it is usually done in China. The result is a very fresh and refreshing tea, with slightly sweet vegetal notes reminiscent of bamboo, bok choy and chestnut as well as delicate floral nuances, a fruity hint reminiscent of pear and a comforting buttery touch. A very nice tea at a low price!
