This batch of first harvest (1st flush) from the Giddapahar garden offers a round and gourmet infusion. Its golden liquor first gives off flavors reminiscent of biscuits and peach compote. On the palate, a nice balance of flavors first reveals floral and gently herbaceous notes, followed by fruity notes of peach in syrup and apricot, fresh walnuts, shortbread and basil. An excellent Darjeeling for breakfast or to enjoy during the afternoon break!
