Transition period, Spring 2026
A busy season of change 🍃

Things are beautifully busy at Cha Yi right now - and we wanted to share what's happening with full transparency.
Our spring tea arrivals are underway, and as every year at this time, the selection, reception and stocking of new harvests demands considerable time and care. On top of that, we're excited to share some news: Cha Yi is soon relocating to Wakefield, in the gorgeous Gatineau Valley - a big milestone for us, and one that comes with its share of logistics.
To complete the picture, Véronique is temporarily heading to Europe for a ceramics residency - a wonderful adventure, but one that leaves us a little short-handed for a few weeks.
All of this is happening alongside a high volume of orders, and we want to be straightforward with you: preparation and shipping times will be longer than usual during this period.
Important - orders placed June 8 to 28 Orders placed between June 8 and June 28 will be processed upon our return from the move, during the week of June 29, in the order they were received. Every order will receive our full attention - first in, first out.
