A truly classic Taiwanese Oolong, this tea is arguably the best known and best reputed of this country’s tea exports. On offer here is an unroasted, low-oxidation version; this batch yields a liquor as soft and light as one would expect from a spring harvest. Delicate floral aromas of white flowers are complemented by nuances of crème fraîche and butter – a fresh aspect reminiscent of lush grass and moss rounds out the tea.
