This Oolong grown in the Anxi region (Fujian) comes from a cross between the famous Tie Guan Yin and the less-knowned Huang Jin Gui. The result is a sweet, aromatic and refreshing tea, with opulent floral notes and intoxicating fruity nuances. On the palate, its infusion evokes apple and linden blossoms, fresh nectarine and bee pollen. Low in caffeine, it will be pleasant to accompany all moments of the day as well as the finest desserts!
