Here's a great lot of Darjeeling from the Avongrove estate, a garden we're working with for the first time this year. Harvested in the organic section of their plantation, the soft green leaves offer a fine and fragrant infusion worthy of the best spring harvests (1st flush). The latter, a beautiful golden color, offers sweetly perfumed flavors evoking pear, butter shortbread, white flower nectar and white pepper. Refreshing and invigorating!
