Produced without chemicals and in very small quantities by a family business in northern Nepal, this summer harvest black tea comes in the style of the best Darjeeling. Composed of beautiful tawny-colored leaves with many buds, the particularly aromatic shoots are processed manually at all stages of their production. When infused, they release a limpid and succulent liquor, with fruity flavors of fresh fruit, muscat, opulent flower, honey and sweet spices. Its elegant finish of fruit jam offers a nice sweet persistence. A great vintage from the Himalayas!
