This hand-picked sencha from the "asamushi" style (steamed for less time) is very special both in its origin and in its flavors. Produced not only organically but also biodynamically by the Nishi family in the heights of Kirishima, this tea is composed of fine emerald green needles offering a limpid infusion of a beautiful bright yellow-green. The typical aromatic notes of the Saemidori cultivar are present in the cup: a beautiful herbaceous freshness (lemongrass, parsley, lamb's lettuce) as well as light fruity notes (lemon, green apple, white peach) harmonize with rich nuances of yellow bean in butter, sunflower seed and fresh pine nuts.
