This Pu Er shu (mature) tea from Menghai is composed of beautiful dark leaves aged in the best conditions for more than fifteen years. When dry, these give off notes of clay and undergrowth. When infused, they produce an amber liquor, clear and silky on the palate. Its mild and particularly sweet flavors of brown sugar and maple syrup mingle with woody and mineral notes of damp wood and forest aroma after the rain. A comforting and digestible tea, very generous when reinfused.
