Handmade in very small quantities in spring by Mr. Miyazaki and his team in Gokase, in the heart of Kyushu, this rare Japanese white tea is made of beautiful large leaves adorned with their silvery buds. It offers a unique, complex infusion of remarkable purity. Soft and sweet, it reveals woody, fruity, and indulgent notes of Bosc pear, banana, linden flower, verbena, and vanilla biscuit. Clear and velvety, its lingering aromatic finish caresses the palate. A tea to savour preciously!
