Here is one of our latest discoveries: a South Korean green tea grown ecologically on the island of Je-Ju, very close to the Japanese coast... Lovers of teas such as sencha, kamairicha and other Japanese teas will be moreover probably delighted by this original tea! Its twisted leaves give off notes of green vegetables, raw hazelnut and a hint of fruit. When infused, its golden and limpid liquor offers notes of yellow bean, lemon, asparagus and pine nuts with a very nice balance of flavors. To discover!
