This batch of Long Jing Xi Hu (aka Dragon's Well tea) offers excellent value for money. The relatively irregular flattened leaves, both in shape and color, give off aromas of toasted chestnut and fruit sugar. After infusion, this tea releases frank but sweet flavors with fine notes of asparagus, hazelnut butter, fried potatoes, artichoke heart and ripe fruit in addition to a naturally delicate flower sweet finish. A classic made accessible for the happiness of the Long Jing fans (yes it exists, Daniel is an example!) who wish to drink it daily without budget restriction or almost!
