Here's one of our great classics from the steep hillsides of the Feng Huang mountains (Guangdong). "Mi Lan Xiang" translates to "honey orchid fragrance." This Oolong yields a highly aromatic and complex infusion, with notes of honey, clementine, pineapple, lychee, white flower, and browned butter, all lingering in a most pleasant aromatic finish.
