Cultivated without any chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides and entirely hand-made, this Japanese black tea is unique in every way. Its beautiful leaves emit aromas of tomato paste, chocolate and dried fruit. Once infused, its bronze liquid is light yet aromatic and savoury without any astringency. Evoking aromas of bay leaves, cherry tomatoes, apricot, honey and bread rolls. A surprising black tea, that is rare and made in very small quantities.
