Tea in China is more than just a beverage, it's a way of life. For 5000 years, this noble drink has played the role of a benefactor and social lubricant. Tea is the subject to an infinite number of stories and legends. Sometimes, it is venerated for its aromas and flavors or for its ritual and spiritual aspect.

In this workshop, we will immerse ourselves in the world of our Chinese tea producers and in the world of practically every Chinese in their daily relationship with tea.

We will also discuss their culture and history of tea, the 6 tea families produced there and the traditional techniques in addition to tasting several great Chinese teas.
