Taiwan, the Oolongs island

The Oolong family is considered to be the most aromatic and diverse, covering almost the entire spectrum of aromas and flavors. Rich in essential oils, they are almost aromatherapy teas.

During this workshop, discover the marvelous island of Taiwan producer of the amazing high mountains oolong,  the techniques of transformation of the various presented teas, the cooking of the tea and the mysterious aged Oolongs as well as the Gong Fu Cha technique, an infusion method and appreciation to make the most of these precious leaves which we will have the chance to taste several teas.
