Drop-off pickup policies

If you selected pick-up as your shipping method at checkout (please check your order confirmation to confirm your selected location, address, and date you can expect to pick up your order), here is how to proceed to recover your order:

- Receipt of the automatic dispatch message for your order sent by email confirms that your order has indeed arrived on site and is available for pick-up from that moment. (If you received the email that your order has been ''shipped/ready for pickup -depending on the option you have chosen-'', it's over there!);

(NB - orders placed before Tuesday midnight will be delivered the same week. Placed after Tuesday, it is very likely that your order will only be delivered to the drop-off point the following week)

- Check the business hours of the business serving as the drop-off point (see below) before going there;

- Give your name and/or order number to one of the members of the staff there so that he/she can deliver your order to you. It's quite simple!

- There is no time limit/expiration to grab your order at a drop-off point (they will keep it for you until you go there). If there is anything with your order, please contact us directly at 819-205-1830 or info@chayi.ca

Our merchant friends who accept our orders so that you can pick them up at their location, provide us with this service for free and with kindness in exchange for a little visibility.
