This Pu Er shu tea comes from a spring harvest on old-growth tea trees in the Lincang area (Yunnan) and is produced by a small family business working only with wild teas. Although still young, this fermented tea already has all the roundness and smoothness that mature Pu Er present at their peak of aging. From its dark dark red liquor emerge amazing sweet flavors reminiscent of fresh dates, earthy notes of undergrowth, forest mushrooms, fir needle, and exotic wood. A very beautiful daily Pu Er, round, tasty, and without the slightest bitterness!
