This Pu Er shu tea compressed into small bird's nests (tuocha) of about 6 grams each comes from a spring harvest on tea plants several decades old from the Lincang region (Yunnan). Although it is still young, this fermented tea already has all the roundness and velvety that mature Pu Er have at their peak of aging. From its dark red liquor emerge amazing sweet flavors reminiscent of fresh dates, notes of undergrowth earth, forest mushrooms, fir and exotic wood. A very beautiful everyday Pu Er, round, tasty and without the slightest bitterness!
