Produced by hand and in very small quantities in the spring by Mr. Miyazaki and his acolytes in the center of the island of Kyushu, this rare Japanese white tea is composed of beautiful large shoots adorned with their silvery buds. It offers a unique and complex infusion of great purity. Soft and sweet, the latter releases woody, fruity and gourmet notes of Bosc pear, banana, apple blossom, cedar, pepper and vanilla. Clear and mellow, its aromatic persistence offers a caressing effect on the palate. To taste carefully!
