Gui Fei, one of our favorite teas produced by Mr. Li at Dong Ding, offers an attractive aromatic range: on the nose, its infusion releases gourmet notes evoking summer honey and hot spices as well as vegetal aromas of conifers and spring flowers. On the palate, there are notes of candied pineapple, golden grape, mango, muscat and fir needles. Less oxidized and more lightly cooked than usual, this batch stands out for its freshness and originality!
