This Long Jing comes from the slopes of Shi Feng (Lion's Peak), a mountain renowned for producing the finest Long Jing teas. Full of nuances and aromatic subtleties, this grand cru green tea with beautiful flat leaves, processed entirely by hand, produces a silky and naturally sweet infusion. Its smooth aromas are reminiscent of chestnut and hazelnut, grilled asparagus, golden sugar, nougat, and a hint of fresh sap, lingering for a long, delicious finish.
