The beautiful leaves making up this tea were harvested from forty year old trees growing on the upper slopes of Mount Wudong, nestled in the heart of the Feng Huang Mountains of Guangdong Province. Hot from an infusion, charming scents of exotic fruit and toasted almond waft from the leaves. In the mouth, the attack is smooth but lively, with flavours of pink grapefruit, litchi, and peach compote tickling the tastebuds. In the finish, a hint of floral freesia perfume joins a warming note of exotic wood in a long, soft aftertaste of fruit paste.
