This superb Sencha from the Uji region (Kyoto) is a blend of spring harvests of Saemidori, Yabukita and Okumidori tea varietals. Its beautiful emerald green leaves give off comforting, almost sweet aromas. When infused, they release a slightly cloudy liquor of a beautiful vibrant green. Its smooth flavors conceal aromas of cookies, cashew butter, lamb's lettuce and fresh fruit. Balanced and suave, it has a beautiful aromatic persistence. Very generous when re-infused, this tea is one of our most recent favorites!
