This aged white tea from Fuding (Fujian) is composed of beautiful leaves reddened and browned by time. From a Spring harvest a few years ago, it has since developed comforting notes of cooked apple and pear, sweet spices and autumn honey while still offering beautiful hints of floral freshness typical of the best white teas from the region. Digestive and very low in caffeine.
