This black tea is a new product in Taiwan. Produced by Mr. Wu in organic farming near Dong Ding, it has a visual and taste aesthetic similar to what is done in China. Its infusion is a beautiful coppery hue and offers a surprising aromatic complexity with its notes of wild fruits (blueberries and blackberries), fresh bread, white pepper, butter and brown sugar. Velvety, it has a beautiful round sweetness and no tannic bitterness. A very nice discovery this year!
