This superb second flush, clonal-type Darjeeling has been transformed into an oolong by an experimental technique inspired by methods known in China and Taiwan. When it was time to sample it, we were instantly seduced by the balance and the finesse of its flavors! The floral and fruity aromas of its coppery liquor first present notes of peach, honey and field flowers, followed by a finish of muscat grapes and pastry notes. Delicate and naturally sweet, its infusion is pleasant, complex and comforting thanks to its fine and delicate tannins.
