The beautiful large leaves withered and sun-dried in the traditional way after their spring harvest in 2020 have since taken on golden and copper tones. Their scent evokes summer honey, fresh apples and beeswax. When infused, they release a limpid and aromatic liquor with refreshing notes ranging from apple blossom to clover honey, from apple crumble to brioche.
